Diamond Boardwalk Resort & Villas is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The renovation of this property consisted of all guest rooms to be brought up to a Diamond Standard. The standard chosen was the blue coastal scheme and was carried throughout the rooms through furniture, finishes and equipment. The programs used to complete this project were AutoCAD, MicroStation, Sketchup (kitchen renders), Photoshop (elevation and floor plan renders) and Indesign (presentation).
